Training RMS adjusters have completed extensive classroom and field training. In every case, our junior adjusters must complete mentor training with a seasoned adjuster before they are put into the field on their own. All our adjusters have been through training at Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Adjusting School. Several have attended Advanced Adjusting classes. Our adjusters calculate losses both manually and with the aid of computerized estimating programs. Experience RMS adjusters have completed in excess of 1,000 claims in the last two years and were present in Bismarck during the 100-year hail storm of 2001. Our trainer has nearly 20 years experience in adjusting and mentors each of our adjusters until he is sure they are ready to handle any adjusting circumstance. Location North Dakota is a huge state and the cost of driving from one location to another can be prohibitive. That is why RMS has strategically placed our Risk Managers in six locations across the State. Currently there are RMS risk managers in Fargo(2), Bismarck(2), Devils Lake, LaMoure, Langdon and Cando. Technical Support RMS is proud to be a high tech company. Our risk managers are all equipped with field laptop computers, estimating programs and digital photography. Our reports can be printed, burned to CD, transported on memory stick or through email.
