The Manufactured Home Platinum is top of the line coverage for newer dwellings. Broad form coverage is provided at affordable rates with replacement cost coverage on the dwelling included in the base premium. 50% of Coverage A is included for Personal Property as well as 20% of Coverage A for Additional Living Expenses. Replacement Cost on contents is available for an additional charge.
The Manufactured Home Gold is the ideal coverage for older dwellings. Broad form coverage is provided at affordable rates with no replacement cost coverage on the dwelling. 50% of Coverage A is included for Personal Property as well as 20% of Coverage A for Additional Living Expenses. Replacement Cost on contents is available for an additional charge.
The Mobile Home Silver provides coverage for single wide mobile homes. Basic coverage is provided at comparable rates with no replacement cost coverage on the dwelling. This coverage is available for owner-occupied or tenant occupied mobile homes. 50% of Coverage A is included for Persoanl Property as well as 5% for Other Structures and 20% of Coverage A for Additional Living Expenses.
The Mobile Home Bronze provides coverage for homes wishing to carry a Total Loss Endorsement. Basic coverage is provided at reduced rates with no replacement cost coverage on the dwelling. This coverage is available for owner-occupied or tenant occupied mobile homes.
